I guess I should have done my homework and
looked into the description more first. I figured
it would be stand-up comedy but it wasn’t at
all. It was inspiring and neat learning about her
life but I was really looking forward to a night
full of laughter.

ELLEN WAS INSPIRATIONAL !!
Ellen was inspirational and I learned more about her life experiences. However, considering the cost of the tickets, Ellen was not on stage long enough. The reporter who spoke about Ellen initially went on too long ,with some of the information being repetitive.
Enjoyed The Tenors.

ELLEN IN TORONTO
Not what I expected. I’m a big fan but to pay $300 per seat to just hear a conversation of things I already New about her was not worth it...Sorry...I’ll still be a fan though.

NOT WORTH IT
It's basically 45 min of ellen if that even and
a interview with a guy basically asking
questions you can hear on entertainment
tonight or already seen on her own show
plus some clips of her own show so nothing
new and exciting she doesnt dance she
doesnt di any sort of standup it's really like
watching a episode of entertainment tonight
.

HORRIBLE INTERVIEWER WASTED AND DISRESPECTED ELLEN'S TIME
We were so lucky to have Ellen come to our city. She is an inspiration to millions, and an
incredible comedian. Whoever organized this event, did an atrocious job of selecting
and interviewer. He spent the entire hour asking shallow questions, and had clearly not
done enough research on who he was talking to. He asked about 5 of the same "wasn't
that amazing??" questions. A complete missed opportunity to have a deep and thought
provoking conversation. Ellen managed to fill up some of his idiotic questions with some
substantial answers, but he didn't ask her one single significant or meaningful question.
Everyone in my group of four felt the same, and I have talked to 5 others who also
attended who were equally disappointed. The content of the interview was not even
close to worth the price of the ticket, there was no information that can't be easily
learned by just watching Ellen's talk show. So disappointed and embarrassed for our city
that that night will be her memory of Vancouver

ELLEN
disappointing! The event time was suppose to be until 10pm. Ellen was came on about
7:50 and was finished at 8:50. Too many clips of her show and not enough of Ellen
herself. Not sure Ellen herself was into this format "A conversation with Ellen". The
sponsors had as much time on stage as Ellen. Not worth the money spent.

A CONVERSATION WITH ELLEN DEGENERES
I took my daughter and her best friend to see the show. We had
good seats. Ellen seemed tired, or in pain, her level of enthusiasm
to do the show appeared low. Although we can say "we saw Ellen
at Rogers", we left feeling disappointed. It appears people got to
their seats late, the show therefore didn't start for a while, once
she came on , it wasn't for much longer than an hour. Chatted
with a few people leaving the show who felt the same. We
expected more, we felt let down. We did not hear anything that
we don't already know. It appeared like her show was to simply
raise money for her Wildlife Fund. The best part of the night was
dinner nearby, the band prior to Ellen, seeing her walk out onto
the stage. I still love Ellen and will watch her show everyday,
however I'm sorry that I put out the kind of money I did to see her.
