A MAtch Made In Indie Heaven
Alt-rock emo titans Death Cab For Cutie and synth pop heavyweights Metric are joining forces for a co-headline tour of Canada. The Lights On The Horizon Tour comes just in time for each band's release of fresh material, namely Kintsugi (Ben Gibbard and co's eighth studio album) and Pagans In Vegas, Metric's long-awaited sixth album, both released in 2015. Put on some comfortable shoes and get ready to dance to the upbeat anthems of two of the greatest bands in Indie music today!

In a remarkable turnaround, the remaining members pieced themselves back together, created and released Kintsugi. Their melancholic and introspective lyrics, coupled with Gibbard's emotional delivery perfectly juxtapose their more lighthearted uptempo moments.
Metric also explores the darker side of life with their driving electro soundscapes and new wave tendencies. The outfit tends not to shy away from the theatrical tricks of an eye-boggling show and have been known to bring out a confetti cannon, wind machine and dry ice on occasion...
